  • • Add Tag Group - You can now select Users and Groups when adding or editing Tag Groups

• Adding Items

  • • There is now an option to add a Public Facing Item Description field.  This field initially mirrors the Item Description field until edited.  The Public Facing Item Description can be a replacement option for the Item Description field on reports. (Page 10)

    • Selecting an Item Category while adding new items will now be in a Dropdown Type-ahead format (Page 1)

• Item View

  • • You can now edit your item list by temporarily removing items from the list (until the page gets reloaded) (Page 3)

    • There is now an option (next to the View button) to view an item in a new tab (Page 4)

• Scanning Containers

  • • When scanning a Container barcode on the Scan page the list of all items within the Container will now be displayed in the Items Section. (Page 4)

      • • This feature must be turned on by an Org Admin.  Settings - Organization (Use Containers - List all items from the Container when scanning a Container barcode)

• Adding Persons

  • • After adding the First and Last Name of a new person record, SAFE will now inform you that a potential duplicate person record has been found and provide you with the opportunity to choose an already existing person record before completing the Add Person form (Page 4)

• Intelligent Labeling

  • • When selecting the Intelligent Labeling Printer Icon - All labels will now appear on the same tab (before multiple tabs were opened for each item category) (Page 2)
