#10583 ⁃ Invalid request message for Item Mass Update when missing value for Recovery Date field
Actual result: When Recovery Date field is blank, the toast message appears stating 'The request is invalid', and console error is related to the Recovery Date field.
Expected result: The Mass Update action should be completed since Recovery Date is an optional field and can remain blank.

Actual result: Exported data contains dates in the UTC time.
